My name is Lee, and I was born 1980, in a town called Eccles in Manchester, Great Britain. Just before my 8th Birthday, I started Trampolining at a local recreational sports center where it became quickly apparent that I had a natural gift for this underrated sport.
I started training at a regional center of excellence in which I was guided into numerous competitive events.
Trampolining became my life, and through dedication I became three times British men's national champion.
In 1999 I traveled to South Africa and competed in the Trampoline world championships in which I then qualified Great Britain for a male position in the first ever trampoline event at the Olympic Games that was being held the next year in Sydney Australia.
I traveled to Sydney, competing and placing 6th as Great Britain's first ever male Olympic representative. A very proud moment for my family and myself.
In 2002 I took a trip to Paris, France, where I Auditioned for Cirque Du Soleil. The next year I spent time in Montreal, Canada at the Cirque headquarters in their general acrobatic training program. In 2005 I was cast in my first Cirque show.
Throughout my career with Cirque, I performed in 2 big top traveling shows, 1 arena tour, then ending my career with a Cirque/ Broadway residential show in Times Square, New York.
In 2017 I moved to Portland, Oregon with my husband who I had worked along side with on tour. In searching for a new career, I enrolled in the Massage program at East/West College of the Healing Arts, graduating in 2019.
